How long does property verification take?
A local Umutuzo agent typically visits and approves new listings within 48 hours of submission. You'll be notified the moment your home goes live on the marketplace.
How much does it cost to list my home on Umutuzo?
Submitting and verifying your property is completely free. Umutuzo only earns a small service fee when a verified tenant successfully books your home.
How do I receive rent payments?
Tenants pay in RWF via MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, or card. Funds are settled to your registered Mobile Money number or bank account after the booking is confirmed.
Can I list a property outside Kigali?
Today we verify homes in Gasabo, Nyarugenge, and Kicukiro. We're expanding coverage across Rwanda — submit your home and we'll let you know when your area opens.
